Circol sketchbooks are borne of the belief that creative thinking not be confined to traditional, angular formats. Different brushstrokes for different folks to unleash the creative within, whatever your brain-wiring! Fueled by her passionate work on dyslexia and neurodiversity, these lightweight, ovoid sketchbooks come in four designs, signed by Olivia Williamson and Petronille, in partnership with Willi’s Wine Bar.
Olivia Williamson’s Circol project began when, as an art student, she was asked to make her own sketchbooks for anatomy. Far more comfortable in the round, she made hers oval! " CIRCOL takes its name from caracol, (snail), the home for spiraling, circular, slow thinking & Cirque, another home in the round, one for creativity, magic and imagination.
It is also an on the nose play on circle, with a little dyslexic re-spelling. Whether you think in circles, jagged jumps or straight lines, I hope you tune into how your mind works. "
