Returns Policy
All returns must be pre-authorized. You may return 'as new', undamaged items within 7 days of delivery, requesting that we issue you a recall slip. A full refund to the value of the item purchased will be issued upon receipt & inspection of the returned item, minus our processing charge. In the event the return is a result of our error we will assume the return shipping costs & replacement. (incorrect shipment or defective item, etc.). For all other returns a processing charge of 25€ will be charged.
There is a 7-day money back guarantee and we require that all returns be packed exactly as they were received. If the items are returned damaged due to poor/improper packing, no credit will be issued.
Merchandise must be returned, undamaged, in original carton and packaging, and securely sealed. The shipping carton must be returned to address provided and include original packing slip or documentation. We ask your return item to be packed carefully. All merchandise is considered to belong to you until we receive it back in satisfactory condition. We suggest that you insure your package and request a confirmation of delivery or tracking number from the shipper.
You should expect to receive your refund within 27 days of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
